I am not one for plain of peanut butter because I like just a little sweetness. This stuff is great and not too sweet and the calories, fat, etc. are the same or better than regular Jif because it is all natural. Try it on a bagel...you will be glad you did.

Pesto
If you are like me I would never have tried pesto because of the color. Some where along the road someone made me try it and life will never be the same. I prepare bowtie pasta and after it is drained I add either cooked shrimp or chicken, sundried tomatoes, roasted pine nuts (these are wonderful) and parmesan cheese. I have made homemade pesto, but really I think this stuff is just as good. You don't have to heat or anything, just mix into pasta of your choice while it is hot. The flavor is basil, EVOO, garlic, and parmesan cheese- what's not to like.

Easy Dinner
Okay so I didn't make any "recipe" tonight, but this was a surprisingly good weeknight meal that takes all of about 25 minutes from start to finish. My son (Picky Eater #1) even ate all of it without even questioning what it was. This is also good if you don't want all the mess of actual tacos.

Beauty Tips and Products

Kelly at http://www.kellyskornerblog.com/ is hosting a beauty product party today so I am trying my hand at adding to it this time.
1. Aveeno body lotion- this is great for a base lotion to hydrate skin with no odor to compete with your perfume.

2. I had used Shaper hairspray for the last 15 years and recently changed to this hairspray and I absolutely love it. (Get the purple label only- found at Walmart.)

3. I work really long hours and need a foundation that will stay put and this is it!
4. I have used this mascara since I was 15 years old which is longer than I care to admit, but I try others, but always come back to this one. It stays on until you take it off.

5. This is another product that is long wearing. I love makeup, but I do not like to reapply. I want products with staying power that last for a long time. I use a variey of eye shadows and blushes because I have found witht he right base, these things will last regardless of the type you use.
Thanks for stopping by.
