In a crock pot mix 1 cup water, 1 packet dry Italian dressing and 2-3 chicken breasts and cook on low for 4 hours.
Step two
Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup with one 8 oz. brick of cream cheese on stove and heat just until cream cheese melts. Add to crock pot. Shred cooked chicken with two forks. Cook 2 more hours on low.
Step three
Cook and drain one small box of thin spaghetti or pasta of choice.
Add to crock pot and stir to mix.
Serve with green salad and bread.
