Ham and Noodles
1 can cream of chicken or other cream of… soup
1 c. cream
1 c. milk
2 T. butter
3 T. Parmesan cheese
½ t. onion powder
1 t. Italian seasoning
2 T. parsley flakes
2 c. cubed ham
3 T. cornstarch
½ c. milk
Mix all ingredients except last 3 in saucepan with whisk.
After it is all mixed well, add ham.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Combine cornstarch with milk until combined.
Add to sauce and stir to thicken for a few minutes.
Serve over hot noodles or spaghetti.
