Stovetop stuffing - chicken flavor
cornish hens
butter
sage
garlic powder
oregano
salt/pepper
Prepare stuffing. Boil giblets for gravy. (use cornstarch and broth to make gravy if desired)
Stuff birds with prepared stuffing and place extra stuffing in bottom of pan placing stuffed hens on top. Rub butter inside skin of hen. Sprinkle with sage, garlic powder, oregano, and salt/pepper. Bake one hour (approximately) at 350.
