Pork Tenderloin




Tonight I tried a new pork tenderloin recipe and it was divine!!!! I thought I heard angels sing it was so good!  I served it with my twice baked potatoes and had cheesecake for dessert.  Yummy!!


1 pork tenderloin
Sprinkle generously with McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning
Wrap in bacon slices

Bake at 425 for 25-35 minutes and check temperature.  Cook until 155 on meat thermometer.  I am paranoid about undercooked pork so I may have cooked it a little longer.  Broil as needed to finish bacon if needed.  Allow to rest before slicing.
