Scot's Mom's Tuna Salad

My husband's late mother's tuna salad recipe...so I don't lose it.

1 can tuna in spring water
1/2 T. lemon juice
4 T. chopped sweet pickles
2 T. mayo
salt & sugar to taste.

Mere's Chicken Salad

1 rotisserie chicken
chicken broth
mayo
celery
pecans
craisins (my addition)

Take chicken off bone and add chicken broth until moist. Add small amount of mayo and chopped celery, pecans, and craisins until desired taste.
