Stuffed Green Peppers

4 green peppers
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can tomato soup
1 t. worststershire sauce
1/2 t. salt
1 lb ground beef
1 cup cooked rice
1/4 t. pepper
16 oz. can tomato sauce

Cut peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and cook in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine ground beef, onion, 1/2 can tomato soup, cooked rice, worst. sauce, s/p and spoon mixture evenly into peppers. Place in shallow baking dish and combine remaining soup and tomato sauce and pour over peppers. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
