1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 pound pepperoni, halved
1 pound cooked rigatoni pasta
1 (45 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degree. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and add peppers and onions. Drain. Add pepperoni, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add sauce and heat through. Mix with cooked pasta and place in 3 quart baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.
